    Small pineapple (as garnish)

    Marinated pineapple sauce

    3 tablespoons

    Marinated ginger

    flat rice noodles

    Bream meat

    200 g

    roasted white sesame seeds

    1 teaspoon

    egg whites

    1

    mullet roe

    1 (small)

    corn starch 1 tablespoon
    basil          

A. Cut the pineapple into 6 pieces, saving the skin to use as a garnish.
B. Soak the ginger in pineapple juice and then mince, then use to marinate the bream (5 cm x 3 cm pieces)
for 3 minutes.
C. Cut the noodles to fit the fish; add egg whites and corn starch to the ingredients from B, and steam for 7 minutes. Add the ingredients from A. Serve with basil and mullet roe.
