    large grass shrimp

    1100 g

    hot peppers

    50 g

    onions

    50 g

    red onion tops

    150 g

    garlic

    50 g

       
  • Seasonings:

    Seasonings (1):

    fermented tofu

    2 pieces

    sugar

    1/4teaspoon

    MSG

    1/4teaspoon

    Seasonings (2):

    pepper, salt

    1/2 teaspoon

    Seasonings (3):

    margarine

    1/2 teaspoon

    Shaoxing cooking wine

    1/2 teaspoon

A. Remove the beaks and legs of the shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes in the Seasonings (1); then sprinkle with potato starch and set aside.
B. Chop the garlic and hot peppers, dice the onions, and peel the red onion tops.
C. Het oil in a pan and fry the red onion tops; remove and fry the shrimp.
D. Using the same pan, sauté the garlic, hot peppers, and onions, then add the red onion tops, shrimp and Seasonings (2).
E. Heat a baking pan, add the margarine, and then add the ingredients from D. Cover. Serve covered with a small amount of Shaoxing cooking wine.
